We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Assembly Technicians with experience in medical device assembly, specifically working with small components for surgical and medical devices. The ideal candidate will have strong hand-eye coordination, the ability to work in a clean or controlled environment, and a commitment to quality and precision.

• Assemble small, intricate components used in medical and surgical devices according to detailed work instructions and specifications
• Perform assembly operations such as bonding, soldering, crimping, inspection, and packaging
• Use microscopes, magnifiers, and precision tools to ensure accuracy and quality
• Conduct in-process inspections to ensure products meet quality standards
• Document production activities and maintain accurate records
• Identify and report defects, discrepancies, or process issues to supervisors
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Meet productivity and quality targets in a fast-paced manufacturing setting

• Previous experience in medical device assembly or similar small-component assembly required
• Experience working with precision instruments preferred
• Knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, or ISO standards is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Basic computer skills for documentation and tracking
• High school diploma or equivalent required
